Laura asks us to keep Calgary, and any part of the earth, where people are dealing with incredible struggles and tragedies in in our hearts.
During the last weeks we have been informed extensively about many floods in Germany, Europe and around the world by television, radio, newspaper and Internet. Many villages were completely flooded and many people were made homeless. Great was the voluntary helpfulness of many people to support the charities. But time will come if natural disasters are no longer present and tend to fall out of the focus of the public.
I hope the assistance to the affected people will also continue in the future. The disasters are not over for those people. This challenge is an opportunity for me to pause for a moment, to open the heart and to consider what contribution – in whatever form – I can afford to help.
Thank you, Laura, for the thought-provoking impulse by this challenge!
My Tile is named “The Four Elements”
Earth (Tipple), Water (Waves), Air (Pop-Cloud) and Fire (Aura-Leah)
